Deleting Your Account and Data
If you no longer wish to use ProfileDesk, you can ask us to permanently delete your account and the data we store for you. This guide explains how to make the request, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
To keep your data safe, we confirm that a deletion request really comes from you. The simplest way is by email:
- Open the email inbox for the Google account you connected to ProfileDesk.
- Send an email to admin@profiledesk.in.
- Use a clear subject line such as “Delete my ProfileDesk account and data.”
- Send it, and our team will process your request.
Sending from your connected Google account helps us verify your identity quickly, so please use that same email address.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we remove the personal data we hold for you, including:
- Access tokens — the secure keys that let ProfileDesk connect to your Google Business Profile. Once deleted, ProfileDesk can no longer access your profile.
- Stored profile data — information we synced and saved, such as your locations, reviews, posts, and settings within ProfileDesk.
In short, your ProfileDesk account and the data tied to it are removed.
How long it takes
- Your data is removed from our active systems promptly after we process your request.
- Copies that remain in our routine backups are cleared within a reasonable period as those backups naturally cycle out.
We will let you know once your request has been completed.
Want access to stop immediately?
Deletion removes your stored data, but if your main concern is stopping ProfileDesk’s access to your Google account right away, you do not have to wait.
Disconnecting takes effect immediately. Follow the steps in the “Disconnecting ProfileDesk” article to revoke access at once, either from inside the app or directly from your Google Account. You can disconnect first for instant peace of mind, and still request full data deletion afterwards.
Your privacy rights in India
ProfileDesk, built by TechToHighTech, respects your privacy and aligns its data practices with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. This includes your right to have your personal data erased when it is no longer needed.

A quick reminder
ProfileDesk is an independent app and is not affiliated with Google. Deleting your ProfileDesk account removes the data we store; it does not delete your Google Business Profile itself, which remains fully yours on Google.
If you ever wish to return, you are welcome to create a new account and reconnect at any time.
