Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProfileDesk, operated by TechToHighTech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
ProfileDesk is a web and Android application that helps business owners manage their Google Business Profile — including reviews, posts, search keywords and business information — through Google’s official Business Profile APIs. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
Accounts & access
- You must sign in with a valid Google account and authorise access through Google’s OAuth consent screen.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your ProfileDesk account.
- You must have the authority to manage the Business Profile locations you connect.
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for a lawful business purpose.
Google connection & your data
The Service acts on your behalf to read and write data to your Google Business Profile as you direct. Your use of Google’s services through ProfileDesk is also subject to Google’s own terms. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may revoke our access at any time from within the app or from your Google Account permissions page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that violates Google’s policies or the rights of others.
- Post fake reviews or replies, or otherwise manipulate ratings.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service or its APIs.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
Plans & payment
- ProfileDesk offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Agency) priced in Indian Rupees (₹), as shown on our Pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid term.
- Applicable taxes may be added. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- You can stop using a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Early access
The Service is offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, and some functionality may be added, modified or removed as we develop the product. Early-access pricing shown to waitlist members applies as stated at the time of sign-up.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TechToHighTech and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Your business data remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will always be available, including where Google’s APIs are unavailable or change. You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechToHighTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others, to Google, or to us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; deletion of your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
