Only if you turn on autopilot. By default, every AI reply is a draft for you to approve. You can choose to auto-reply to happy 4–5★ reviews, or go full autopilot — and negative reviews can always route to you first.

No. Your data and your customers’ reviews are never used to train, fine-tune or improve any generalized AI model. AI processing only powers the features you enable.

ProfileDesk AI learns your tone from the replies you’ve already written, and that brand-voice personalization is scoped to your business account only — never shared across other businesses.

Anytime. You can drop to draft-only, limit automation to certain review ratings, or switch AI features off entirely. Every automated action is logged and reversible.

Through Google’s official OAuth consent screen. You approve exactly what access to grant, Google issues us a scoped token, and your password never touches our servers.

Only the scopes you grant for managing your Business Profile — reviews, posts, business info and performance data. We request the minimum needed for the features you use.

Two ways, anytime: use the in-app Disconnect button, or remove ProfileDesk from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking immediately stops any further access.

Yes. Email admin@profiledesk.in from your connected Google account and we’ll delete your account and associated data from our systems.
