Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid ProfileDesk subscriptions, operated by TechToHighTech. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. You keep full access until then.
- At the end of that period, your subscription simply stops renewing and your account moves to the Free plan (or is paused if it exceeds Free limits).
Refunds
We want you to be happy with ProfileDesk. For the first payment of a new subscription:
- If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that first payment.
- Email admin@profiledesk.in from the account’s registered email and we’ll process it.
Renewals
Renewal payments (any billing period after your first) are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error on our side — for example, a duplicate charge or being billed after a valid cancellation. If that happens, contact us and we’ll correct it and refund the incorrect amount.
We show your renewal date in your account. You can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, after which your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
- Applicable taxes are refunded in line with the original charge where permitted.
Free plan
The Free plan has no charge and therefore nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it or request account deletion at any time — see our data deletion section.
